Agreement to Terms

You do not need to be a farmer to join YourSuper-Datings. Approximately 40% of members on niche farming platforms are non-farmers who appreciate the rural lifestyle. However, all users must respect the farming community and its values.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

When you create an account on YourSuper-Datings, you agree to the following:

  • Accurate information: You will provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. Misrepresenting your identity, age, occupation, or relationship status is strictly prohibited.
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Single account: You may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, deceive other users, or manipulate the platform is grounds for immediate termination.

  9. Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, chain letters, or repetitive content to other users.

Violations of these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of all content you submit to YourSuper-Datings, including photos, text, and profile information ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms, our community standards, or applicable law - without prior notice. If you believe your copyrighted material has been posted without authorization, please contact us with a DMCA takedown request at [email protected], including:

  • The URL where the infringing material appears
  • Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief

  • The YourSuper-Datings name, logo, and visual identity
  • Website design, layout, and user interface elements
  • The Verified Farmer badge verification process and iconography
  • Proprietary matching algorithms and filtering systems
  • All original text, images, and multimedia content created by our team

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or intellectual property without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

YourSuper-Datings is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to create a safe and effective farmer dating site, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Match outcomes: We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, match, or relationship through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourSuper-Datings and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, our community standards, or applicable law. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
